Simply the best way to get your message across. Dan has a great story that he had to produce an illustration for a large French car manufacturer's senior management team. He drew a cartoon of each one of the six plant managers all doing different things, including one of whom was seen by the others as walking away them. Apparently, this manager was not a good listener, and only realised how he was perceived by his peers, once he said seen this clever picture.

The CEO said afterwards that had this manager not come to realise his own problem, he would have been fired.
